PCR1992264AMENDED APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR THREE PARCELS IN THE RESOLUTION #P.C. 264-92 SE 1/4 OF SECTION 9 FOR RAYMOND INGOLD & CHARLES HERBERT road dedication and a land division for three parcels consisting of 18,700, 16,625, and 15,750 square feet respectively in the SE 1/4 of Section 9, and WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on November 18, 1992, for a previously approved Certified Survey Maps, and WHEREAS, This proposed land division is a redivision of two minimum lot size of 15,000 square feet and a minimum average WHEREAS, This land is presently zoned RS-3 which requires a width of 100 feet and Lots 1 and 3 meet the requirements of lot added from Lot 1, and size and width and Lot 2 could meet the requirements if 5' was WHEREAS, The Parcel is proposed to be served by municipal sewer with access to the properties being from Westwood Drive. BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be receptive to a revised sketch with the following items: 1. A Plan showing screening or buffering between the existing Funeral Home and the road right-of-way. 2.
