OF SECTION 2 IN THE TOWN OF WATERFORD BY MEL WENDT REALTY

WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a two parcel land
to divide land in the SE 1/4 of Section 2, in the Town of
Waterford, and
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction
approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's
Land Division Ordinance, and
within their jurisdiction.
WHEREAS, The Town of Waterford must approve land divisions
