1/4 OF SECTION 30 FOR MR. DICK HARTMAN
245-92 for a land division for two parcels in the SW 1/4 of
WHEREAS, A sketch was approved through Resolution #P.C.
Section 30 on the south side of Parker Drive, and
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on November
which meet the size and width requirements of the EA - Exclusive
13, 1992 to create a three acre parcel and a 35 acre parcel
Agriculture Zoning District and the three acre parcel is
proposed to be served by a mound system.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map creating a land division in the the SW
1/4 of Section 30 at S99 W21351 Parker Drive for Mr. Dick
Hartman and recommend approval to the Common Council subject to
proof of County approval of the percolation test for the mound
system, approval of the City Engineers, and payment of all fees
in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
