APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THREE PARCELS IN THE
SW 1/4 OF SECTION 3 FOR HARLOW STICHMAN
WHEREAS, A sketch for a Certified Survey Map was approved
by the Plan Commission through Amended Resolution #P.C. 260-92

for a land division for three parcels in the SW 1/4 of Section
WHEREAS, The proposed land division meets the lot size and
width requirements of the RS-1 Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, The Parcel is proposed to be served by municipal

of Section 3 for Harlow Stichman and recommend approval to the

Ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the following notes be place 0 on the face of the Certified Survey Map.
1) No City Maintenance of the dedicated Right-of-way
will be provided until the Right-of-way is improved
to City standards.
2) The proportionate cost of the improvements necessary
to bring the Right-of-way up to City Street standards
will be borne by the property owners (Lot 1 & Lot 2)
benefiting from the improvements.
