APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE, AND OPERATION PLAN FOR A COMPOST
RESOLUTION #P.C. 259-92
FACILITY AT THE EPI EMERALD PARK INC. LANDFILL SITE
Watermolen of EPI Emerald Park Inc. for approval of a
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by Mr. Todd
Building, Site, and Operation Plan for a Compost Facility
Highway 45, and
located at the site of the proposed Emerald Park Landfill on
WHEREAS, The Landfill Agreement dated April 24, 1992 set
forth that "Upon the change in zoning, the terms of this
Agreement shall become the conditional uses under the zoning",
and
WHEREAS, As a Conditional Use, Plan Commission approval of
a Building, Site and Operation plan for the proposed compost
facility is required, and
conditions of approval in their decision dated November 4, 1992
on, and
WHEREAS, The Department of Natural Resources set forth 10
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve the Building, Site and Operation Plan
for Phase I of the Compost Facility subject to the 10
Conditions of Approval from the Wisconsin Department of Natural
Resources and any modifications of their conditions applied to
their determination of November 4, 1992, the information
presented in EPI's letter of November 20, 1992, and their
License Application dated August 11, 1992.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That additional phases of the
compost facility also require Plan Commission approval of an
amended Building, Site, and Operation plan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the signs be placed in
conformance with the submitted sketch and a sign permit is
required to be obtained from the Building Inspection Department
prior to erecting.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, The Plan Commission requires a 350'
paved driveway be installed before any composting material is
received and that all trucks must use an alternate route other
than County Hwy 00 to get to the facility.
