ACCU TOOL & DIE INC. AT S80 W18797 APOLLO DRIVE
Building, Site, and Operation plan for their building located at
WHEREAS, Accu Tool & Die Inc.is requesting to amend the
S80 W18797 Apollo Drive was submitted on November 7, 1992, and
WHEREAS, ACCU Tool & Die Inc. is requesting approval to
amend the Building, Site.and Operation plan in order to
construct a 24' X 40' cold storage metal out-building to be
located towards the rear of their buildings, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission previously approved an
amendment to the Building, Site and Operation plan through
Resolution #P.,C. 26-89 to permit the construction of a 60' X
100' metal frame building to the south side of the building, and
WHEREAS, Amendments to Building, Site and Operation plans
are required to be approved by the Plan Commission prior to
construction. I THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended Building, Site and Operation Plan for Accu Tool & -
0 Die Inc. at S80 W18797 Apollo Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the revised site plan (dated
received November 9, 1992) is to be kept on file at the City of
Muskego.
