APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR RUSSELL SEAMAN
IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 7
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on November
6, 1992, by Russell T. Seaman for a three (3) lot land division
at 574 W21052 Field Drive, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on March 3, 1992 approved a
sketch for a three (3) lot land division through Resolution
#P.C. 44-92, and
average width requirements of the RCE Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, The three lots meet the minimum lot size and
(3) lots has not been received.
WHEREAS, Evidence of favorable perc tests for these three
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for a three (3) lot land division in
the NE .1/4 of Section 7 for Russell T. Seaman and recommend
approval to the Common Council subject to approval of the City
Engineers and payment of all applicable fees in Section 10 of
the Land Division Ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Certified Survey Map State
the following: An asphalt hard surface driveway is required
for Lot 3 within 1 year of occupancy of Lot 3. Lot 2 may share
the use of the asphalt hard surface driveway on Lot 3. If the
owner of Lot 2 declines the use of the asphalt hard surface
driveway on Lot 3, an asphalt hard surface driveway is required
for Lot 2. No Building Permit shall be issued for Lot 2 unless
and until the asphalt hard surface is present on Lot 3. The
asphalt hard surface driveway for Lot 3 must be extended to the
rear of Lot l(approximate1y 602').
