ZEIGE DISTRIBUTING AT W146 S6420 TESS CORNERS DRIVE
APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
amend the Building, Site, and Operation plan for their buildin'g
WHEREAS, The Zeige Distributing Company is requesting to
located at W146 S6420 Tess Corners Drive which was submitted on
November 6, 1992, and
to the Building, Site and Operation plan through Resolution
WHEREAS, The Plan Commssion previously approved an amendment
#P.C. 179-86 to permit the constrution of a 32' X 52' freezer to
the north side of the building, and
WHEREAS, Zeige Distributing is requesting approval to amend
the Building, Site and Operation plan in order to construct a
24' X 24' office building addition to the front of their
building, and

WHEREAS, Amendments to Building, Site and Operation plans
are required to be approved by the Plan Commission prior to
construction.
the amended Building, Site and Operation plan for Zeige
Distributing at W146 S6420 Tess Corners Drive subject to the
front of the addition having either rnasonary brick or
wainscotting(veneer).
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the 'Plan Commission approve
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the revised site plan (dated
October 28, 1992) is to be kept on file at the City of Muskego.
