RESOLUTION #P.C. 253-92
1/4 OF SECTION 33 FOR MR. ORVILLE PETERS
WHEREAS, A sketch was approved through Resolution #P.C.
193-92 for a land division for two parcels in the SW 1/4 of
Section 33 on the south side of Muskego Dam Drive, and
1992 to create an 11.8 acre parcel and a 5.7 acre parcel which
meet the size and width requirements of the Agricultural Zoning
District and the parcels are presently served by on-site sewage
treatment systems, and would have suitable access off of Muskego
Dam Drive.
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on November 4,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
approve the Certified Survey Map creating a land division in the
the SW 1/4 of Section 33 at S107 W18677 Muskego Dam Drive for
Mr. Orville Peters and recommend approval to the Common Council
subject to approval of the City Engineers, and payment of all
fees in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
