WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on October 27, 1992 for a
acres and one acre respectively in the NW 1/4 of Section 32, and
land division for two parcels consisting of approximately two

WHEREAS, This land is presently zoned RS-2 which requires a
minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and a minimum average
width of 110 feet and the proposed land division meets the lot
size and width requirements of the RS-2 Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, The Parcel is proposed to be served by municipal
sewer with access to the property being from North Shore Drive.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commiss.ion will
be receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating
a land division for two parcels in the NW 1/4 of Section 32 for
Mr. Joseph Flintrop.
