RESOLUTION #P.C. 251-92
1/4 OF SECTION 1 FOR MR. WILLIAM SCHMIDT
WHEREAS, A sketch for a Certified Survey Map was approved by
the Plan Commission through Resolution #P.C. 251-92 for a land
division for two parcels in the SW 1/4 of Section 1, and
width requirements of the RS-2 Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, The proposed land division meets the lot size and
WHEREAS, The Parcel is proposed to be served by municipal
sewer with access to the property for the two lots from Tess
Corners Drive.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
approve the Certified Survey Map creating a land division in the
SW 1/4 of Section 1 for Mr. William Schmidt and recommend
approval to the Common Council subject to approval of the City
Engineers, and payment of all fees in Section 10 of the Land
Division Ordinance.
