PCR1992250, AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 250-92 1/4 OF SECTION 1 FOR WILLIAM SCHMIDT APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR TWO PARCELS IN THE SW land division for two parcels consisting of 24,134 and 38,597 WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on October 21, 1992 for a square feet respectively in the SW 1/4 of Section 1, and WHEREAS, This land is presently zoned RS-2 which requires a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and a minimum average width of 110 feet and the proposed land divis,ion meets the .lot size and width requirements of the RS-2 Zoning District, and WHEREAS, The Parcel is proposed to be served by municipal sewer with access to the property being from Tess Corners Drive. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commiss.ion will be receptive to a Certified Survey Map that indicates the garage/shed to be removed.
