RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL TO REZONE PROPERTY IN THE NE 1/4
OF SECTION 18 FROM RS-1 TO RS-l/OPD FOR MR. RUFUS LOWE
WHEREAS, A petition has been filed by Mr. Rufus Lowe to . amend the Official Zoning Map of the City of Muskego for
property located in the NE 1/4 of Section 18 (Tax Key #
2229.992) from RS-1 Suburban Residence to RS-1/OPD Suburban
of 11 lots with varying lot sizes from 20,000 square feet to

and that upon approval of the rezoning by the Common Council,
the Official Zoning Map be amended.
