SUBDIVISION, IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 16, TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, An Extraterritorial Final Plat for Windcrest
Subdivision in the NW 1/4 of Section 16 in the Town of Norway
was submitted on October 26, 1992, for a 32 lot subdivision with
three outlots, and
by the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat has not been previously approved
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and
approval by the Plan Commission is required under the State's
platting statutes.
WHEREAS, The subdivision is located within the jurisdiction
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the Extraterritorial Final
Plat in the NW 1/4 of Section 16 in the Town of Norway and notes
that all applicable fees have been paid to the City of Muskego.
