PCR1992247AMENDED APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR CANDLEWOOD CREEK SUBDIVISION NE 1/4 & NW 1/4 OF SECTION 11 BY TOWNE REALTY (CORNER OF WOODS & DURHAM) RESOLUTION #P.C. 247-92 WHEREAS, A Sketch for a Preliminary Plat was submitted on October 23, 1992, to divide property in the NE 1/4 and NW 1/4 of Districts, and Section 11 into 151 single family lots under RS-2 & RS-3 Zoning WHEREAS, The proposed lots meet the lot size and width requirements of the Zoning Districts, and WHEREAS, The property is proposed to be served by sanitary sewer with access to the proposed subdivision from Woods Road and Durham Drive. the sketch for a Preliminary Plat for Candlewood Creek, Subdivision by Towne Realty in the NE 1/4 & NW 1/4 of Section 11 and will be receptive to a Preliminary Plat subject to: along with 151 Sewer RECs. 1). Sewer Main Extension being approved by the Utility Committee 2). That provisions be made for the alignment of Moorland Road along the north property line based upon a design from the City Engineers. Drive for future widening. 3). Adequate dedications being made along Woods Road and Durham Moorland Road, and Durham Drive. 4). Vegetative buffering for lots with rearage along Woods Road, 5). That provisions be made for a boulevard street on both of the entrances/exits. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve City of Muskego Plan Commission Adopted 11/17/92 Defeated Deferred 11/19/92
