PCR1992246RESOLUTION #P.C. 246-92 I APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR FOUR PARCELS IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 34 FOR MR. MARK ADDIS WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on October 23, 1992 for a size from 4.5 acres to six acres in the NW 1/4 of Section 34 at land division for four parcels containing lots which vary in 5106 W16802 Muskego Dam Road for Mr. Mark Addis, and. WHEREAS, This land is zoned A-Agricultural District which width of 300 feet, and requires a minimum lot size of 2.75 acres and a minimum average WHEREAS, The proposed land division meets the requirements of the Agricult.ura1 Zoning District with regard to lot size and minimum average width requirements, and which indicate whether the on-site soils are suitable for a mound system for two of the sites, and WHEREAS, Soils information has not been received by. the City WHEREAS, The proposed land divisions are depicted to have access off of Muskego Dam Road which meet the requirements of the Land Division Ordinance. 0 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a land division in the NW 1/4 of Section 34 subject to the lots meeting the minimum average width requirements.
