PCR1992245APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR TWO PARCELS IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 30 FOR DICK HARTMAN RESOLUTION #P.C. 245-92 WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on October 23, 1992 for a land division for two parcels containing one parcel of three acres and another parcel of approximately 35 acres in the SW 1/4 of Section 30 at S99 W21351 Parker Drive for Mr. Dick Hartman, and requires a minimum lot size of 35 acres and also permits the WHEREAS, This land is zoned EA-Exclusive Agriculture which creation of parcels for a child or parent of the farm operator or for the farm operator, and of the EA Zoning District as it pertains to family members, and WHEREAS, The proposed land division meets the requirements WHEREAS, Soils information has not been received by the City which indicate whether the on-site soils are suitable for a mound system for the three acre site, and WHEREAS, The proposed land division is proposed to have access off of Parker Drive which meets the requirements of the Land Division Ordinance. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 30.
