PROPERTIES AT THE MUSKGEGO BUSINESS CENTRE
AT S83 W18414 SATURN DRIVE
Centre submitted a request on October 22, 1992 for three
temporary signs for one year for the purpose of advertising
space in their building, and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Karen Jentzsch owner of the Muskego Business
painted copy where two signs are proposed to be located at the
NW corner of Racine Avenue and Saturn Drive and the other is
proposed to be located in the middle of the lot facing Saturn
Drive, and
WHEREAS, The request is for three, 4' X 8' wooden signs with
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has the authority to regulate
temporary signs as stipulated in Section 17:6.09 (12) of the
City's Code of Ordinances for a one year period and the proposed
temporary signs do not meet the criteria in that section of the
Municipal Code.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, The Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve/disapprove one/two temporary sign(s) at
the NW corner of Racine Avenue and one sign in the middle of the
center is fully leased or for a period of one year, which ever
lot for the Muskego Business Centre until such time as the
is first.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a sign permit is required to be
obtained from the Building Inspection Department prior to
erecting the signs.
