PCR1992240APPROVAL OF PERMANENT SUBDIVISION SIGN FOR FOXBORO SUBDIVISION
FOR KENT KOSOBUCKI IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 14 (MYSTIC DR.)
RESOLUTION #P.C. 240-92
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by Kent Kosobucki for
one 6' X 3' permanent sign to be located on Lot 1, and
WHEREAS, The sign will be installed in conformance with the
signage setbacks and the Plan Commission has authority to
approve the type and size of permanent subdivision signage.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
one 6' X 3' permanent sign to be located on Lot 1 and outside of
the vision corner and shall be in conformance with Section
17:6.09 of the City's Code of Ordinances.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign be constructed in
conformance with the submitted sketches.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, A sign permit is required to be
obtained from the Building Inspection Department prior to
erecting.
