CLUB VILLAGE IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 25 FOR SCOTT KRAUSE
AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 237-92

WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat was submitted on September 29,

the City Engineer in their letter dated October 20, 1992.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That subsequent phases are limited
to a total of 867 units on the condition that 30 acres of
associations of the nine villages.
