STAND BY POWER GENERATOR FOR TIME-WARNER CABLE
WHEREAS, Time-Warner Cable is requesting to amend the
Building, Site, and Operation plan for what was known as the Old
Muskego Settlement Park in Resolution #P.C. 13-85, located
behind the City Police Department, and
stand-by power generator to be placed on a 9' X I' slab to the
north of the "head end building".
WHEREAS, Time-Warner is requesting approval to add a
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended Building, Site and Operation plan, subject to
obtaining any necessary Building Permits.
