PCR1992235APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR KELLY ESTATES SUBDIVISION SW 1/4 RESOLUTION #P.C. 235-92 OF SECTION 9 AND NW 1/4 OF SECTION 16 (BETWEEN KELLY AND LIONS PARK DR) FOR RUSSELL KILPS WHEREAS, A Final Plat was submitted on September 21, 1992, to divide property in the SW 1/4 of Section 9 and the NW 1/4 of Section 16 into four single family lots and six duplex lots for a total of 18 dwelling units which was approved as a Preliminary Plat through Resolution #P.C. 134-92 and the property was rezoned through Ordinance #721 from RS-2 to RSA and a Sketch for a Land Division was approved through Resolution #P.C. 114-91, and WHEREAS, The Final Plat substantially conforms to the previously approved Preliminary Plat wherein the lots meet the minimum size and width requirements for the proposed use and zoning district requirements. WHEREAS, The Waukesha County Park and Planning Commission has responded to the plat with a certification of No Objection and the City Engineers had some technical objections to the Final Plat in their letter dated October 5, 1992 which need to Council, and be corrected prior to approval of the Final Plat by the Common WHEREAS, The State of Wisconsin, Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection has not yet certified the Final Plat. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego approve the Final Plat for Kelly Estates in the SW 1/4 of Section 9 subject to the remaining objecting agencies concerns and payment of all applicable subdivision fees.
