SE 1/4 OF SECTION 11 FORSTRAMPE-LUDWIG(WO0DS RD AND MYSTIC DR)
RESOLUTION #P.C. 234-92
WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on October 9, 1992 for a
land division for three parcels consisting of approximately 1.5
acres in the SE 1/4 of Section 11, and
WHEREAS, This land is presently zoned RS-2 which requires a
width of 110 feet and the proposed land divisions meet the lot
minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and a minimum average
size and width requirements of the RS-2 Zoning District, and
sewer, with access to the property for two of the lots from
Mystic Drive and the other being from Woods Road.
WHEREAS, The parcels are proposed to be served by municipal
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will
be receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating
a land division for three lots in the NE 1/4 of Section 5
subject to delineation of any wetlands on lot #1 on the
Certified Survey Map.
