WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was
submitted by Mr. Lee Weber to construct a second garage
and
structure at the residence located at W142 56839 Gaulke Drive,
WHEREAS, The location of the second garage will meet the
setbacks of the zoning districts and the architectural
appearance would be compatible with the applicant’s residence
and surrounding area, and
WHEREAS, The second garage structure is intended to be used
equipment and supplies and the Plan Commission has authority to
for the storage of automobiles, lawn tractor, residential
