APPROVAL OF A CARETAKERS RESIDENCE AND SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
LOCATED AT 575 W17960 JANESVILLE ROAD FOR MR. DEWEY CHEREK
WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was
submitted by Mr. Dewey Cherek to construct a caretakers
residence and second garage structure at the residence located
at S75 W17960 Janesville Road, and
offsets of the zoning districts and the architectural appearance
would be compatible with the applicant's residence and
surrounding area, and
WHEREAS, The location of the building does not meet the
WHEREAS, The caretakers residence is permitted as a
permitted accessory use under Section 17:8.01 7. (B) 5 if
approved by the Plan Commission for properties greater than 2.75
acres, and
WHEREAS, The second garage structure is intended to be used
for the storage of automobiles, residential equipment and
supplies and the Plan Commission has authority to approve the
type and size of second garage structures.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the caretakers residence and second garage structure for Mr.
Dewey Cherek subject to obtaining any variances from the Board
of Appeals.
