APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS FOR PROPERTY AT W194
S6945 HILLENDALE DR. FOR MR. ROBERT JUST
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by Robert Just, owner
of land at W194 56945 Hillendale Dr. for a determination of
legal lot status for the Tax Key #‘s 2180.988 and 2180.988.001,
and 2180.988.002, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned R-2 which requires a minimum
average width of 175 feet and a 60,000 sq. ft. lot size, and
WHEREAS, Two of the tax parcels have an average width of 120
feet and contain approximately 39,000 square feet and the third
lot has an average width of 110 feet and approximately 49,000
square feet which do not meet requirements of the zoning
district, and
WHEREAS, The properties have access to Hillendale Drive and
the availability of sewer service, and
WHEREAS, Lots adjoining to the property and in the immediate
area are the same size or larger and sewer service was extended
to this property for three laterals.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommend
approval for legal lot status for the property located at W194
56945 Hillendale Dr. for Mr. Robert Just.
