APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP IN THE SE 1/4
OF SECTION 3 IN THE TOWN OF WATERFORD FOR RONALD LEINER
RESOLUTION #P.C. 227-92
1992 for a redivision of lots 4,5,6,7,8,9,10,28,29, and the
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on October 6,
vacated roads of Kinnickinnic Ave. and Drive all part of Raab's
first addition located in the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 3,
in the Town of Waterford, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of
the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and approval
by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's Land
Division Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Waterford must approve land divisions
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve the Extraterritorial Certified Survey
Map for a redivision of lots 4,5,6,7,8,9,10,28,29, and the
vacated roads of Kinnickinnic Ave. and Drive all part of Raab's
first addition in the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 3 in the
Town of Waterford.
