PCR1992225RESOLUTION #P.C. 225-92 APPROVAL TO REZONE PROPERTY IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 15 FROM RS-3/0LR TO RS-3 FOR OSCHMANN/POTRYKUS WHEREAS, A petition has been filed by Mr. Stan Potrykus and Audrey Oschmann to amend the Official Zoning Map of the City of Muskego for the properties located at the South end of Audrey Ct. (Tax Key #'s 2217.999.005, 2217.999.006, 2217.999.007, 2217.999.008, 2217.999.009, and 2217.999.010) from RS-3/0LR Suburban Residence/Overlay Lake Recreation District to RS-3 Suburban Residence District ,and numbers for the purpose of removing all uses allowed under the WHEREAS, It is proposed to rezone the above listed Tax Key OLR zoning district, and bordered on the south by wetlands and agricultural land, on the west by the lake, by residentially zoned land to the east units. (Foxboro Subdivision), on the north by single family residential WHEREAS, The parcels are located on Bass Bay and are approval for the rezoning of this property located at the south THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommend end of Audrey Court from RS-3/0LR Suburban Residence/Overlay Lake Recreation to RS-3 Suburban Residence . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That should the Common Council approve the rezoning of the property to RS-3, the Official Zoning Map of the City would be amended.
