amend the Official Zonina MaD of the Citv of Muskeao for the
WHEREAS, A petition has been filed by Margaret Loughney to
property located in the SW 174 of Section 30 (Tax iiey #2279.993)
allow single family residential and agricultural development,
from EA Exclusive Aqriculture to A Aqricultural District to

agricultural and rural residential development and the request
is compatible with the surrounding area and with the zoning
which was in place at the time the City entered into the
Exclusive Agriculture program, and
WHEREAS, The parcel is on the northeast corner of Crowbar
Council, the owner may submit a Certified Survey Map for
WHEREAS, Upon approval of the rezoning by the Common

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission

recommends that the zoning be changed from EA - Exclusive
residential and agricultural development and that upon the
approval of the rezoning by the Common Council, the Official
Zoning Map be amended.
