RESOLUTION #P.C. 223-92
APPROVAL OF DISTRIBUTION OF YARD WASTE OVER PROPERTY LOCATED
AT SllO W14800 UNION CHURCH DRIVE BFI WASTE SYSTEMS
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved a Conditional Use
permit through Resolution P.C. #119-91 to spread grass
clippings, brush and leaves over approximately 15 acres of
property zoned Exclusive Agriclutre, which required a review
after 1 year, and
WHEREAS, The site plan indicated that the area to be used
for the operation will not encroach into the shoreland/wetland
and the approved plan required that no plastic ba,gs, rubbish or
other solid waste material be allowed to be disposed of. at the
site, and
October 19, 1992 by members of the Plan Commission, Citizen
Committee, and City Staff.
WHEREAS, A site visit was made to the property on Monday,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the continuation of the Conditional Use Permit for BFI Waste
Systems until November 28, 1992.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Planning Commission review
a new proposal, submitted by February 1993, on the operation of
the distribution of yard waste.
