ON THE WEST SIDE FOR PREFERRED CLEANING SERVICE LOCATED
AT W125 S9738 NORTH CAPE ROAD
non-illuminated flat wall sign at W125 S9738 North Cape Road, and
WHEREAS, Preferred Cleaning Service has requested a permanent
side of the building, and
WHEREAS, The sign will be installed on the front of the west
of the wall area which exceeds the allowance of the 8-4 Zoning
District (refer to the 8-2 Zoning District), and
WHEREAS, The proposed sign is designed to cover more than 5%
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
permanent non-illuminated flat wall sign on the west side for
Preferred Cleaning Service located at W125 59738 North Cape Road
subject to a variance being granted by the Board of Appeals
regarding the size of the proposed sign and that the sign be in
conformance with the submitted sketch.
