WHEREAS, A sketch for a Certified Survey Map was approved
by the Plan Commission through Resolution #P.C. 221-92 for a
land division for one parcel in the SE 1/4 of Section 17, and
WHEREAS, The proposed land division meets the lot size and
width requirements of the 1-1 Zoning District.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
approve the Certified Survey Map creating a land division in the
SE 1/4 of Section 17 for the City of Muskego and recommend
approval to the Common Council.
