WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on October 1, 1992 for a
land division for one parcel in the SE 1/4 of Section 17, and
WHEREAS, This property is zoned 1-1 and is owned by the City
of Muskego wherein the 1-1 Zoning District requires a minimum
lot size of 40,000 square feet and a minimum average width of
150 feet, and
WHEREAS, The proposed land division meets the lot size and
width requirements of the 1-1 Zoning District.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will
be receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating
Muskego.
