RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF STREET AND LOT LAYOUT FOR THE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 218-92
SE 1/4 OF SECTION 5
PRELIMINARYPLAT FOR LAKEWOOD MEADOWS SUBDIVISION IN THE
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat for Lakewood Meadows
Subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 5 was approved through
Resolution #P.C. 56-87 and through Common Council Resolution
63-87, and
WHEREAS, A Revised Preliminary Plat was approved through
Resolution #P.C. 233-91 and through Common Council Resolution
329-91 which established the street and lot layout for the
proposed subdivision, and
WHEREAS, The developer has agreed to bring the preliminary
plat back before the Plan Commission to review the street and
present their viewpoint on traffic circulation and wetland
lot layout giving the neighborhood residents an opportunity to
concerns.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego confirms it approval of the Preliminary Plat for
the Lakewood Meadows Subdivision and will be receptive to a
Final Plat subject to delineating the Shoreland Wetland boundary
on the Final Plat and prohibiting alteration of the DNR
jurisdictional Shoreland Wetlands unless permits are
obtained from the DNR.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Lot 21 is to be served by a
hard surfaced internal drive off of the Cul-de-sac, that there
will be a temporary Cul-de-sac at the west end of Tans Drive
and Lakewood Drive, and that funds be placed in an escrow
account to cover the cost of constructing the south 1/2 of Tans
Drive extended within the subdivision.
