APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE AT S64 W18807
SCHOOL DRIVE FOR GREG WIECKOWSKI
WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on September 10, 1992, to
construct a 36' x 24' second garage structure at S64 W18807
School Drive by Greg Wieckowski, and
WHEREAS, The location of the second garage meets the
setbacks of the zoning district (RS-3/0ED) and the architectural
appearance would be compatible with the applicant's residence
and the surrounding area, and
for the storage of two cars, one boat and 2 to 3 motorcycles,
and the Plan Commission has authority to approve the type and
size of second garage structures, and
WHEREAS, The second garage structure is intended to be used
WHEREAS, The applicant petitioned the Board of Appeals for a
requirement and these variances were granted to the petitioner
274 square foot size variance and a variance to the fire wall
by the Board of Appeals on September 24, 1992.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the construction of a 36' x 24' second garage structure at S64
W18807 School Drive for Mr. Greg Wieckowski.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a building permit is required
to be obtained from the Building Inspection Department before
construction can begin.
