OF SECTION 7, TOWN OF NORWAY FOR MICHAEL J. HALL
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a two parcel land
division was submitted by Michael J. Hall on September 14, 1992,
to divide land in the NE 1/4 of Section I, in the Town of
Norway, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of
the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and approval
by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City‘s Land
Division Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve the Extraterritorial Certified Survey
Map for two parcels for Michael J. Hall, located in the NE 1/4
of Section I in the Town of Norway.
