PCR1992214c RESOLUTION #P.C. 214-92 APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR TWO LOT DIVISION IN THE NE 1/4 Of SECTION 31 FOR JOHN MAHONEY WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on September 9, 1992, by John Mahoney, for a land division for two (2) lots in the NE 1/4 of Section 31, in the City of Muskego, and WHEREAS, A sketch for a three lot division was tabled through Resolution #P.C. 120-89, and WHEREAS, the property is zoned RS-2/0LS wherein the RS-2 Zoning District requires a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and a minimum average width of 110 feet and these minimums are permitted to be reduced by 2/3 because of the OLS overlay district (13,200 square feet and 72.5 feet respectively), and width requirements of the RS-2/0LS Zoning District, and WHEREAS, The proposed land division meets the lot size and approximately 1.62 acres and another parcel of approximately 2.04 acres, and WHEREAS, The land division proposes to create one parcel of 0 WHEREAS, Both parcels have existing access to sanitary sewer and the lots would have access to North Shore Lane or Bosch Drive. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a two parcel land division in the NE 1/4 of Section 31.
