PCR1992213APPROVAL OF A TEMPORARY SIGN LAKERIDGE APARTMENTS - BARKER RESOLUTION #P.C. 213-92 DEVELOPMENT, INC. WHEREAS, Barker Development, Inc. is requesting sign approval for one (1) 4' x 8' two-sided temporary sign for one year, and and be located on the Southwest corner of Janesville Road and Parkland Drive on property owned by Mr. Robert Klenz and Mr. Klenz has granted permission in a letter dated September 30, 1992, and WHEREAS, this temporary sign will be professionally painted WHEREAS, The temporary sign will be two-sided, freestanding wooden, non-illuminated with painted copy and will be installed in conformance with the signage setbacks, and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has authority to approve the type and size of temporary signage for a period not to exceed nine months for off-site signs with extensions for six month intervals. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the temporary 4'x 8' two-sided freestanding wooden sign, non-illuminated, with painted copy, for nine months if installed be located on the Southwest corner of Janesville Road and in conformance with the signage setbacks and that the sign is to Parkland Drive and that the signs be in conformance with Section 17:6.09 of the City's Code of Ordinances and submitted sketches. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, A sign permit is required to be obtained from the Building Inspection Department prior to erecting the sign.
