THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 8 FOR EDWARD GIERCZAK - TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a TWO (2) parcel land
division was submitted by Edward Gierczak on September 8, 1992,
to divide land in the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 8, in the
Town of Norway, and
the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and approval
by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's Land
Division Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of
within their jurisdiction.
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
Map for a two (2) parcel land division for Edward Gierczak,
City of Muskego approve the extraterritorial Certified Survey
located in the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 8, Town of
Norway.
