APPROVAL OF A SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE AT 567 W21153
TANS DRIVE FOR CRAIG DEMSKI
submitted on September 3, 1992, to construct a 30' x 54' x 10'
second garage structure (pole barn) at 567 W21153 Tans Drive
for Craig Demski, and
WHEREAS, A survey and construction information was
setbacks of the zoning district (RCE) and the architectural
appearance would be compatible with the applicant's residence
and the surrounding area, and
WHEREAS, The location of the second garage does meet the
WHEREAS, The second garage structure is intended to be used
for the storage of automobiles, garden tractors, snowmobiles,
bicycles, motorcycles, etc., two cars, and non commercial work
van to be garaged for safety and the Plan Commission has
authority to approve the type and size of second garage
structures.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the construction of a 30' x 54' x 10' second garage structure (pole barn) at S67 W2i153 Tans Drive for Mr. Craig Demski.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a building permit is required
to be obtained from the Building Inspection Department before
construction can begin.
