THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the construction of a 20' x 26' second garage structure at W151 58038 Mystic Drive for Mr. Larry Hermanson. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a building permit is required to be obtained from the Building Inspection Department before construction can begin.
