APPROVAL OF A SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE AT W151 S8038
MYSTIC DRIVE FOR LARRY HERMANSON
submitted on September 4, 1992, to construct a 22' x 26' second
garage structure at W151 58038 Mystic Drive for Larry
Hermanson, and,
WHEREAS, A survey and construction information was
setbacks of the zoning district (RS-2) and the architectural
WHEREAS, The location of the second garage does meet the
appearance would be compatible with the applicant's residence
and the surrounding area, and
for the storage of lawn and garden equipment, dump cart, auto,
WHEREAS, The second garage structure is intended to be used
lumber, snowthrower, chain saws, wood, cabinets, light truck OJ
non commercial van, ladders, picnic tables, and woodworking
tools, and the Plan Commission has authority to approve the
type and size of second garage structures.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the construction of a 20' x 26' second garage structure at W151
58038 Mystic Drive for Mr. Larry Hermanson.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a building permit is required
to be obtained from the Building Inspection Department before
construction can begin.
