APPROVAL OF FLAT WALL SIGNS FOR RAAB INVESTMENTS AT W184
S8365 CHAILENGER DRIVE BY NEWMAN SIGN COMPANY
WHEREAS, Raab Investments has submitted a request for
blanket sign approval for all his multi-tenant buildings in the
Muskego Business/Industrial Park and for a specific request for
a flat wall sign at W184 S8365 Challenger Drive, and
WHEREAS, All signs will be installed by Newman Sign Company
and the signage will be installed and placed in the same
building, and
location on the individual tenant spaces on the front of the
WHEREAS, The proposed signs are designed to cover less than
tenant space which does meet the allowance of the 1-1 Zoning five (5) percent (24 square feet) of the wall area of each
District (refer to the B-1 Zoning District).
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Pla'n Commission approve
flat wall signs for Rudy Raab for his multi-tenant buildings in
the Muskego Business/Industrial Park subject to all signs being
consistent in size and appearance (3'X 8' square feet with white
background and tenant logo or copy on the white background) and
that all signs be in conformance with the applicants letter
dated September 4, 1992 which states that the signs will be
non-illuminated, white channel letters.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That approval is granted for a 24
square foot flat wall sign located at W184 S8365 Challenger
Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a sign permit is required to be
obtained from the Building Inspection Department prior to
erecting each individual sign.
