APPROVAL OF SKETCH'FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR FOXBORO NORTH
SUBDIVISION SW 1/4 OF SECTION 11 BY METROPOLITAN ENGINEERING
WHEREAS, A sketch for a preliminary plat was submitted on
September 3, 1992, to divide property in the SW 1/4 of Section
11 into 24 single family lots under RS-2 Zoning, and
width and size of the RS-2 Zoning District and have suitable
access to Mystic Drive as well as potential to City sewer.
WHEREAS, The proposed subdivision lots meet the minimum lot
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
