PCR1992207AMENDED APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR AN AMENDED PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR PLUM RESOLUTION #P.C. 207-92 CREEK IN THE SE 114 OF SECTION 17 FOR TERRA DEVELOPMENT WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat was approved through Resolution #p.c. 149-92 to divide property in the SE 1/4 of Section 17 into 131 single family lots, 22 duplex lats and seven 8-family lots for a total of 231 dwelling units and the property was granted concept zoning for RS-2/0PD through common Council Resolution 42-92, and WHEREAS, The Preliminary Plat was approved subject to five because of floodplain or wetlands and density will not be increased", and conditions, one of which stipulated that "lots will not decrease. in size WHEREAS, The proposed sketch for an amended Preliminary Plat proposed for Phase I) which require review and approval by the Plan contains numerous revisions beyond Phase I (no revisions are being Commission prior to submittal and approval of an amended Preliminary Plat, and WHEREAS, The revisions include: 1.
