APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR AN AMENDED PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR PLUM
RESOLUTION #P.C. 207-92
CREEK IN THE SE 114 OF SECTION 17 FOR TERRA DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat was approved through Resolution #p.c.
149-92 to divide property in the SE 1/4 of Section 17 into 131 single
family lots, 22 duplex lats and seven 8-family lots for a total of 231
dwelling units and the property was granted concept zoning for RS-2/0PD
through common Council Resolution 42-92, and
WHEREAS, The Preliminary Plat was approved subject to five
