APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE, AND OPERATION PLAN FOR A
RESOLUTION #P.C. 206-92

WHEREAS, Mr. A1 Biwer is requesting to amend the Building,
Site, and Operation plan for his business property located at
W180 57797 Pioneer Drive to locate a lawn mower sales and repair
shop in a B-1 Zoning District, and
Operation plan through Resolution #P.C. 195-90 to allow the
retail sale of crafts and antique reproductions on the site
which was previously used for the sale and maintenance of lawn
and garden equipment and Mr. Biwer is requesting that the
previous use be permitted through an amendment to his Building,
Site and Operation Plan.
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved a Building, Site and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the revised Building, Site and Operation plan to allow a lawn
mower sales and repair shop.
