PCR1992205ARESOLUTION #P.C. 205-92A APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION (SUBDIVISION) FOR BUCKY LOWE W208 58151 HILLENDALE DRIVE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18 WHEREAS, A sketch for a Preliminary Plat was submitted on February 11, 1992 by Mr. Bucky Lowe to create 18 lots on the west side of Hillendale Drive which was deferred by the Plan Commission until the adoption of the Comprehensive Plan, and sketch depicted 18 lots which did not meet the lot size WHEREAS, The original sketch and a subsequently proposed requirement of the RS-1 Zoning District and whereas the most recent submittal consisting of eleven lots depicts lots which would meet the lot size requirements if the property were rezoned to RS-I/OPD, and via a publicly dedicated 60 foot road and the front 400 feet of WHEREAS, The lots would have access off of Hillendale Drive the property is within the sanitary sewer service area and the rear of the property lies outside the sanitary sewer service area which would allow the development of only those lots within the sewer service area, and, WHEREAS, The lots outside the sewer service area are would be double the RS-1 lot size. proposed to be served by mound systems, wherein, those lots THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the sketch for a Preliminary Plat for Mr. Bucky Lowe the submittal of the preliminary plat consisting of a lot located in the NE 1/4 of Section 18 and would be receptive to District. layout meeting the requirements of the RS-1/OPD Zoning Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted /A -6 -75 Defeated Deferred 9/10/92 RESOLUTION #P.C. 205-92 DISAPPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION (SUBDIVISION) FOR BUCKY LOWE W208 S8lS_l HILLENDALE DRIVE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18 WHEREAS, A sketch for a Preliminary Plat was submitted on February 11, 1992 by Mr. Bucky Lowe to create 18 lots on the west side of Hillendale Drive which was deferred by the Plan Commission until the adoption of the Comprehensive Plan, and WHEREAS, The original sketch and a subsequently proposed sketch depicted 18 lots which did not meet the lot size requirement of the RS-1 Zoning District and whereas the most recent submittal consisting of seven lots also depicts lots which do not meet the lot size requirements of the RS-1 Zoning District, and via a publicly dedicated 60 foot road and the front 400 feet of WHEREAS, The lots would have access off of Hillendale Drive the property is within the sanitary sewer service area and the rear of the property lies outside the sanitary sewer service area which would allow the development of only those lots within the sewer service area, that are able to connect to the system at this time, if meeting the lot size and width requirements of the RS-1 Zoning District. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission disapprove the sketch for a Preliminary Plat for Mr. Bucky Lowe located in the NE 1/4 of Section 18 subject to the submittal of a revised sketch consisting of a lot layout meeting the requirements of the RS-1 Zoning District.
