APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR DAVID
WHITE TO ALLOW A PRINT SHOP AND DESIGN STUDIO AT S67 W14577
JANESVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, A Building, Site, and Operation plan was submitted
on August 26, 1992 for Mr. David White to allow a commercial use
consisting of a print shop and design studio in conjunction with
a residence, and
WHEREAS, The existing use of the building is a residence
located in a B-3 Zoning District and a Building, Site, and
Operation plan for the property does not presently exist and is
therefore required to be approved by the Plan Commission prior
to use as a business.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Building, Site, and Operation plan for Mr. David White to
allow a commercial use in the B-3 Zoning District consisting of.
a print shop and design studio in conjunction with a residence
subject to the conditions outlined in his letter to the City
which stipulate that no additional lighting or signage is
permitted, no delivery trucks will be permitted with the
exception of firms such as United Parcel Service, no employees
excepting the owners, and that retail traffic will be
negligible.
