OPERATION PLAN AND TEMPORARY SIGN FOR
OLD MUSKEG0 SETTLEMENT CENTER
amend the Building, Site, and Operation plan for the Old
Muskego Settlement Center located at W183 58100 Racine Avenue,
and
WHEREAS, The Muskego Historical Society is requesting to

approval to amend the Building, Site and Operation plan to
enlarged parking area, and
include a General Store, Church, Restroom Facilities, and an
WHEREAS, The request also depict potential facilities such
as a screened Farmers Market, Hotel, Fountain, and Canteen area,

WHEREAS, Included in the request is the placement of a
temporary, portable, changeable letter sign to advertise a
special Halloween event for the last two weeks of October, 1992.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the concept of an amended Building, Site and Operation plan,
subject to obtaining Building Permits to construct and relocate
the proposed buildings.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the revised site plan (dated
September 15, 1992) is to be kept on file at the City of
Muskego.
