RESOLUTION #P.C. 200-92
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTIES TO
IMPLEMENT THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission of the City of Muskego adopted
a Comprehensive Land Use Plan through Resolution #P.C. 161-92,
and
Comprehensive Land Use Plan, the Plan Commission is
WHEREAS, In order to proceed with the implementation of the
recommending that the properties designated on Exhibits A-1 and
A-2 be rezoned as specified on Exhibits A-1 and A-2.
City of Muskego recommends to the Common Council that the
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
parcels attached as Exhibit A-1 & A-2 be rezoned as specified
on Exhibit A-1 and A-2 and hereby requests the Common Council
or its designee to file a petition to amend the Official Zoning
Map of the City of Muskego for the properties identified on
Exhibit A-1 & A-2 and that the affected property owners be
notified in writing of the Public Hearing of the Common Council
to consider said rezonings and that a Class 2 Notice be
published in the Muskego Sun notifying the public of the Public
Hearing and that upon the approval of the rezoning by the
Common Council, the Official Zoning Map be amended.
