APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION
and Operation Plan for the College Square Apartments (aka Kendal
WHEREAS, Don Kitten has requested that the Building, Site,

WHEREAS, The proposed storage shed is a barn style building
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
approve/disapprove the amendment to the Building, Site and
Operation plan to allow the placement of a storage shed on the
rear of Lot 1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
verification that the deed restrictions for these two lots were
recorded by the Waukesha County Register of Deeds.
